MR. RASOOL ALAMERI
Director
Mr. Rasool Alameri is a highly accomplished legal professional with a diverse background in international law. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Common Law from the American University in Cyprus, which was evaluated at San Diego University. He further enhanced his expertise by earning a master’s degree in U.S. Law from George Mason University in Virginia, where he graduated among the top five students in his class.
With extensive experience as legal counsel in Turkey, the UAE, and the USA, Mr. Alameri has worked with renowned law firms, including Oncel Law Firm in Turkey and Kanaan Law Firm and Hogan Lovells in the UAE. Since 2017, he has served as a freelance legal advisor in the United States, providing strategic legal counsel across various sectors.
Mr. Alameri brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique international perspective to the Board, ensuring that the company navigates the complex legal landscape with confidence and integrity. His commitment to excellence and a strong understanding of diverse legal systems makes him an invaluable asset to the Board.
MR. SAIF ALHAZAIMEH
Director
Brings extensive executive leadership experience across energy logistics, infrastructure development, corporate governance, and investment strategy in the UAE. Leads large-scale transformation, financing, and growth initiatives, with a strong track record in mergers & acquisitions, capital restructuring, regulatory compliance, and strategic partnerships across regional and international markets.
Recognized for driving institutional growth, executing complex financial and strategic transactions, and advancing long-term value creation across energy, logistics, and technology sectors.

MR. MOHIT SARVARIA
Head of Fleet
Mr.Mohit is a highly accomplished maritime leader with extensive experience spanning vessel operations, fleet management, technical supervision, newbuilding projects, and strategic maritime leadership. With a strong foundation in marine engineering and decades of hands-on industry experience, he has successfully managed some of the most sophisticated vessel types in the global shipping industry.
He assumed senior technical and management positions, including leadership roles in newbuilding supervision, fleet performance management, and large-scale vessel operations. During his tenure with leading international ship management organizations, including Fleet Management Limited, Hong Kong, he played a pivotal role in overseeing vessel delivery programs, technical operations, and fleet optimization initiatives.
Mr. Mohit's expertise extends across a diverse range of vessel segments, including VLGCs (Very Large Gas Carriers), dual-fuel LNG carriers, oil tankers, chemical tankers, new-building projects, technical due diligence and vessel acquisition, fleet performance optimization, and dry docking and lifecycle asset management.
Throughout his career, he has successfully overseen the operation and technical management of more than 30 vessels simultaneously, ensuring world-class standards of safety, reliability, environmental compliance, and commercial performance.
Known for his ability to bridge onboard operational realities with strategic shore-based management, Mr.Mohit brings a unique combination of technical depth, leadership capability, and commercial awareness. His expertise in managing high-value maritime assets, implementing operational excellence programs, and leading multidisciplinary teams has consistently delivered measurable improvements in fleet efficiency and performance.
Today, Mr.Mohit leads fleet operations with a focus on operational excellence, asset integrity, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth, helping shipowners maximize vessel performance while maintaining the highest industry standards.
